- Send us a request from the availability page with your dates and number of guests. We reply personally by email, usually within one or two days, with a quote and payment details.

- Self check-in with a key box. We email you the code shortly before your arrival, no key handover needed.

- Two bedrooms upstairs: one with a 1.80 m double bed, one with two single beds. Comfortable for four, with an optional fifth sleeping spot on request.

- No, the house is pet-free.

- Yes, a private drive with room for two cars and bikes.

- Five kilometres. The closest beaches are Groede, Nieuwvliet, and Cadzand. Our favourite route: by bike via Groede Podium to Groede beach.

- Yes, Wi-Fi is included throughout the house.

- No. The lawn opens directly onto the creek and the nature reserve, something to keep in mind with small children.

- By bank transfer, in advance. We send payment details together with the booking confirmation.

- In Groede, in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Dutch Flanders), right by the creek and a bird reserve. Sluis is about 15 minutes away, Breskens 20 minutes, and Bruges around 35 minutes by car. We send the exact address with your confirmation.

- Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. If that doesn't quite work for you, let us know and we'll do our best to help.

- Yes, it's a family place. Do keep in mind that the garden opens straight onto the creek and isn't fenced, something to watch with small children.

- Yes, there's a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, crockery and pans. There's also a washing machine and dryer. We'll sort out bed linen and towels with you when you book.

- Every season has its charm. Summer is ideal for the beach, while spring and the late afternoons in autumn are wonderfully quiet, with beautiful skies over the polders. It's a good place to be outside high season too.
